Terms of Use

Accounts are created by your club or by Athletic IQ; there is no open public registration. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Guardian accounts may act for a child until that child turns 18.

• Do not share another person's data outside the club context.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or discriminatory content.
• Do not photograph or film a child whose guardian has withheld permission.
• Do not attempt to access another club's workspace or bypass access controls.

We may suspend an account immediately where there is a safeguarding or security risk.

Clubs decide their own squads, fees, coaching content and membership rules, and are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what they publish. Clubs must appoint a safeguarding lead and keep staff qualifications current.

Fees are set by the club and collected through Stripe into the club's own connected account. Athletic IQ charges the club a platform fee under a separate commercial agreement. Refunds and credits are decided by the club under its published policy.

Athletic IQ owns the platform and its own training and education library. Clubs retain ownership of the content they upload and grant us the licence needed to store and display it to their members.

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability to any club is limited to the fees paid to us in the previous twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
